Job description



We are looking for an experienced receptionist, with a cheerful personality with experience ideally within a 4/5 star hotel or a resort environment to play their part within the running of our hotel. A high level of accuracy is required with our booking systems to deliver a smooth efficient service, both to guests, and in support of the hotel and its team.

Excellent live in accommodation is available.

Job Type :- permanent, 30 -40 hours per week.

Salary: 12PH + share of Tronc.

- Strong phone etiquette skills

Experience in the hotel industry, providing excellent guest services, and demonstrating proficiency in multiple languages are essential qualifications for this role. Additionally, possessing strong phone etiquette skills is crucial for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
