Job Description

The Cawdor is a family-owned, independent hotel with 26 beautifully appointed bedrooms and a vibrant bar and restaurant at the heart of Llandeilo. We're proud of our warm, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service - and we're looking for a full-time or part-time Receptionist to join our friendly Front of House team.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong computer literacy and attention to detail A positive, friendly, can-do attitude Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential
The role: You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience. This position includes both morning and evening shifts, with varied days and weekend work.
