Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking systems promptly
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved swiftly
Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
Provide comprehensive guest services, including concierge assistance, local recommendations, and hotel amenities information
Uphold excellent phone etiquette and maintain professionalism in all guest interactions
Support hotel management with administrative tasks related to front desk operations and guest relations
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel reception roles (high preference)
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems required
Excellent communication skills in bilingual or multilingual settings preferred
Experience with night audit procedures and front desk operations is a plus
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency
Previous hotel experience focusing on guest experience and hospitality is highly valued
