reliable and proactive Part-Time Receptionist

who is comfortable with an

active, hands-on role

.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs Handling guest enquiries in person, by phone, and by email Managing reservations and basic booking system tasks

Checking rooms after housekeeping to ensure standards are met

Coordinating with cleaners and monitoring daily cleaning progress

Overseeing laundry, linen, and housekeeping stock levels

Assisting guests with luggage when required

Ensuring reception and public areas are tidy and well-presented

Requirements:



Previous hotel reception or hospitality experience preferred Friendly, professional, and confident with guests Well-organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable with

regular movement and light physical tasks

Good spoken and written English Basic computer skills (training provided) Ability to work

Friday to Monday

, including weekends
