Receptionists
to join our team. If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a friendly, supportive environment, we would love to hear from youShifts Available (Immediate Start)
Day:
8:00am - 3:00pmEvening:
3:00pm - 10:00pmNight:
10:00pm - 8:00am4-5 shifts per week
with aflexible rota
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm welcome to all guests on arrival and departure Manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and payments using our systems Handle guest and supplier queries professionally and efficiently Keep the reception and lobby area clean and presentable Use Word, Excel, Outlook, and our PMS system to maintain accurate records
Requirements
Previous customer service experience (hotel experience is a bonus) Strong communication and IT skills Ability to work evenings and nights (28-35 hours per week) Reliable, punctual, well-presented, and a strong team player
