- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the hotel and its amenities
- Check guests in and out, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist guests with booking reservations, both over the phone and in person
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations
