is looking for a dedicated

Hotel Receptionist

to join our team and play a key role in maintaining our excellent reputation for hospitality.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll deliver a warm welcome, ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences, and provide helpful information throughout their stay.
You'll also work closely with management to increase direct room bookings and promote marketing offers that attract new and returning guests.

Key Responsibilities

Always deliver outstanding customer service, both in person and over the phone Manage reservations efficiently using hotel

PMS systems

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately Promote and upsell rooms, packages, and hotel offer to maximise revenue Assist in implementing and tracking marketing initiatives to drive direct bookings Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience

as a hotel receptionist or front desk agent Proficient with

hotel PMS systems

(e.g. High level software, Opera, Guest line, Protel, or similar) Strong communication and organisational skills Proven ability to contribute to business growth through direct sales and promotions A friendly, confident, and professional manner Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
