Highgrove House Hotel, situated in Troon, Ayrshire.
We are recruiting for a passionate, customer focused individual to carry out various administrative and clerical tasks while being a part of our friendly team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and this is a vital role in the Front of House guest experience. Duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. You will welcome guests visiting the hotel for accommodation and dining. You will require to check in/check out guests, deal with telephone enquiries, respond to e-mails, handling of accommodation and restaurant bills through our till system and general front office duties.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Hands-on experience with office equipment
Professional attitude and smart appearance
Excellent communication and organisations skills
Ability to be resourceful and pro-active when issues arise
Be able to multitask and have the ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent customer service skills
