We're looking for a capable and proactive
Sales & Admin Coordinator
to work directly with the owner to turn great ideas into real results -- managing guest enquiries, handling admin, coordinating suppliers, and helping promote the business online.
If you enjoy structure, communication and seeing things happen, this is a rewarding and varied
part-time role
with real responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Enquiries
Respond quickly and professionally to all event, dining and accommodation enquiries (email, phone and online).
Prepare and send proposals, quotations and booking confirmations.
Follow up on leads to maximise conversions for afternoon teas, celebrations, small weddings and meetings.
Maintain accurate enquiry and booking records.
Liaise with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth delivery of confirmed events.
Admin & Coordination
Support the owner with day-to-day office admin, diary management and supplier bookings.
Book and liaise with suppliers and contractors (maintenance, entertainment, etc.).
Track invoices, deposits and payments.
Keep digital files and checklists up to date.
Marketing & Promotion
Take ideas and turn them into ready-to-go
ads, posts and offers
across social media, Google and local platforms.
Use
Canva
and other tools to create simple graphics, flyers and email campaigns.
Keep the hotel website and Google listings up to date.
Schedule posts, reply to online messages and track engagement.
Assist with photography, email campaigns and flyers for seasonal promotions.
Manage promotions on
OpenTable
,
Deliveroo
and
JustEat
to encourage more business.
About You
Exceptionally organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office, Gmail and online tools.
Experience in hospitality, events or sales enquiries preferred.
Proactive -- enjoys taking ownership and following things through.
Able to work independently and think ahead.
Creative flair for social media and design is a plus.
Hours & Pay
3 days per week to start (approx. 21-24 hours)
- may increase to 4 as the business grows.
14-15 per hour
depending on experience.
Includes occasional weekend admin support for events.
