On behalf of our valued client, we are seeking a highly professional and discreet House Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations across several fully staffed, high-end private properties. The primary residence is located in Munich, Germany. The position requires occasional travel to additional residences. The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination and ensure that service standards are upheld at all times.
Your start:
August 1st, 2025 or by mutual agreement
Your salary:
Up to EUR120,000 gross, depending on experience, German working contract
Your Working Hours:
40h per week, 5 days, by arrangement with the principal, including availability on weekends and public holidays as needed
Job Requirements:
Valid driver's license and EU passport OR the legal right to live and work in Germany is ESSENTIAL - unfortunately, applications that do not fulfil these requirements cannot be considered
Several years of experience as a House Manager in comparable UHNW environments
Willingness to travel occasionally to other residences to ensure consistent service quality
Ability to respond swiftly and professionally to changing requirements and circumstances
Discreet, polished, and cosmopolitan demeanor with a hands-on and structured work approach
Solid understanding of the handling and care of high-end materials such as marble, parquet, and fine furnishings
Fluent in English; German and French skills would be a welcome asset
Submission of a complete and up-to-date resume is required
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee the coordination and management of various properties
Ensure smooth and professional collaboration between all departments and service staff
Lead and manage a team of more than 15 employees, including onboarding and ongoing training to maintain exceptional 5-star standards
Serve as the key point of contact and communication interface across all locations
Address staff concerns with empathy and professional judgement
Coordinate ongoing maintenance and repairs while managing and monitoring the household budget
Handle administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, expense control, and liaising with external contractors
