Our client, a distinguished Middle Eastern Ultra High Net Worth family is seeking a House Manager to oversee the year-round operation of three luxury residences located within a luxurious private building in Knightsbridge, London.



This live-out role offers a unique blend of part-time management and full-time, hands-on service when the family is in residence, which is around two months of the year.



The House Manager will bring exceptional professionalism and discretion, organisational skills, and experience in managing luxury households to the highest standards. Occasional international travel may be required.

Responsibilities of the Live-out House Manager in Knightsbridge, include:


Manage and oversee the seamless daily operation and maintenance of three luxury apartments in Knightsbridge Coordinate with contractors, concierge staff, and the family's private office to ensure properties are always guest-ready and impeccably maintained Prepare residences for family arrivals including provisioning, scheduling support staff, and managing bespoke last-minute requests Provide discreet, anticipatory service to the family and guests (including children and extended family) during visits Supervise ongoing property maintenance, minor refurbishments, and project-based improvements Maintain household inventories, records, and ensure seamless logistics across properties Travel occasionally to support the family during international stays (e.g., Bahrain)

Candidates must be/have:

A female (for cultural reasons), with proven experience working with UHNW individuals, royalty, or high-profile families Extensive background in UHNW house management, including hospitality and staff coordination Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of maintaining high standards under pressure Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment Committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times Based in London - this is a live-out role only Previous experience collaborating with family offices (advantageous)

Hours
