We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Change bed linens and towels regularly, ensuring fresh supplies are available. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to management promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Assist with cooking or meal preparation as needed, ensuring dietary requirements are met. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and uphold cleanliness standards across the facility. Carry out commercial cleaning tasks as required in various settings.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly disposition. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently. Familiarity with hotel operations is an advantage but not mandatory. A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments is essential.
