Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in all areas of the premises. Clean and sanitise bathrooms and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all guest rooms are prepared to the highest standard. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Experience

Experience in a hotel setting is an advantage but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
