Job title: Housekeeper - Back of House

Reports to: General Manager
As a Housekeeper, you will ensure that customers are delighted by the clean bedrooms, sparkling bathrooms and immaculately clean public areas. This is a physical job, and it goes without saying that you will need to be self-disciplined and enjoy being active.
Make sure all rooms are cleaned and in immaculate condition for new and existing guests
Report any repairs, breakages or maintenance issues immediately
Work quickly and efficiently so guests aren't left hanging around
Liaise with the General Manager and/or Reception, to confirm when rooms are ready for guests
Engage with guests and highlight to the General Manager any issues that arise
Ensure the equipment provided is in good working order and that you are able to use it safely
Ensure any cleaning products are used and handled safely and within COSHH guidelines
Follow health and food safety hygiene procedures at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
