Responsibilities

Engage in physical cleaning tasks during property turnovers. Recruit, manage, and oversee external staff for busy periods. Maintain appropriate stock levels for cleaning supplies. Ensure that all properties are turned over to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Experience

Previous experience in a housekeeping management role within the hotel or hospitality industry is essential. Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment used in the hospitality sector. Proven ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of service. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests alike.
