Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Housekeeper, you will ensure that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while interacting with guests and staff. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficiency. Assist with special cleaning projects as required. Drive to various locations as necessary for cleaning assignments.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for all guests. A valid driver's licence is advantageous for those who may need to travel between locations. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
