Housing Services Apprenticeship - West Lancashire Borough Council

Are you passionate about helping people and interested in how social housing is managed and maintained? Join our Housing Services team as one of

three apprentices

and kickstart a rewarding career in social housing!

What you'll do:

Support teams in tenancy management, property letting, homelessness, rent collection, repairs, and more Handle customer enquiries, visit properties, and help sustain tenancies Gain hands-on experience across Neighbourhoods, Tenancy, and Property services

What we're looking for:

Enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade 4-9 / A-C) or willingness to complete Level 2 Functional Skills Basic MS Office skills Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and not be enrolled in other public-funded training
