Job Description


  • Annual salary of \xc2\xa335,000 - \xc2\xa340,000 (DOE)
  • Permanent role
  • Full-time (35 hours), part-time and flexible working patterns available
  • Liverpool city centre office base with hybrid working - (based on 35 hours per week, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office during the probation period)
The role

You will deliver engaging and inspiring training programmes, to support individuals and businesses to achieve their full potential at a strategic level within the housing sector.

Within your curriculum area, you will be responsible for the effective teaching and assessment of both individuals and groups of learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours they require to meet their learning outcomes.

The services you will deliver will be recognised for excellence by employers, learners, and funding/awarding/regulatory bodies.

The right fit
  • Up to date knowledge and understanding of housing
  • Experience of working in the housing sector or related roles
  • Experience of Apprenticeships, Funded Learning AEB, Bootcamps & Study Programmes
  • Teaching and assessing qualification with experience
  • Qualified to Level 3, 4 or 5 in an area related to housing Preferably with CIH Accreditation. (Salary related to qualifications and experience)
  • English and Maths qualification to Level 2, plus experience of delivering & supporting Functional Skills English and Maths
  • Able to develop schemes of work, lesson plans, learning resources and to deliver these both face to face and online
  • Able to manage a case load and to engage, motivate and monitor learners to ensure that targets are met
  • Able to build effective working relationships with employers and partner organisations
  • Able to work on a variety of online platforms to keep accurate, up to date records
