Job Overview
Supporting Lives currently deliver housing solutions across 150 units across the Northeast and are looking to expand our housing team as our portfolio expands.
As the Housing Compliance Officer (HCO), you will support Service Mangers and the Head of Housing to achieve its ambitious plans to grow supported housing provision across the NE including:
Ensuring fully compliant, safe, quality housing Driving the Health and Safety agenda across the housing portfolio A housing stock quality upgrade plan A fuel efficiency improvements scheme A bi-annual property audit schedule Delivering training to colleagues around housing management processes and competencies
The post holder will take a hands-on role across Northumberland, South Shields, Gateshead and Newcastle supporting the service to deliver housing compliance and effective housing management ensuring all SL properties are safe for our service users and compliant with all legislative, policy and local requirements.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 27,699.00-28,795.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
