Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice to clients in this area of law. Draft and review legal documents, including agreements and court submissions. Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and effective representation. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to provide comprehensive legal services.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach favourable outcomes for clients. Can undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Housing Disrepair Manage Housing Disrepair cases at all stages of Pre-Litigation/Litigation Ensure compliance with the Housing Disrepair Pre-Action Protocol Strong IT skills including use of Proclaim Be able to draft complex agreements and documents in the area of Housing Disrepair. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in legal research tools and software applications. A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards in all dealings.
