We're looking for a proactive and confident

Housing Management Lead

to join our Housing Services team and oversee the delivery of high-quality housing management to vulnerable tenants across our supported housing schemes.


You'll supervise a dedicated team and take the lead on tenancy management, rent arrears, voids, and performance monitoring. You will play a central role in shaping local housing strategy while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and compliantly.

You will:



Lead the housing team in delivering effective tenancy management across multiple boroughs Ensure timely void turnaround and rent collection to minimise income loss Guide staff through complex tenancy issues and anti-social behaviour cases Conduct property audits, fire safety checks, and ensure health & safety compliance Coordinate legal actions where required and maintain policy compliance Produce reports and performance data for internal and external stakeholders Support the Housing Services Manager in shaping strategy and service improvement Deliver training, inductions and performance support for housing staff Work closely with tenants, colleagues, local authorities and support services to maintain safe, stable and supportive housing environments

You are:



Experienced in housing management within supported or social housing Confident in handling rent management, voids, ASB, and legal proceedings A capable team leader with strong communication and organisational skills Passionate about delivering quality services to vulnerable adults Collaborative and skilled in cross-team work with internal and external partners Knowledgeable in housing law, tenancy rights, welfare benefits, and safeguarding Committed to equality, inclusion, and promoting tenant participation
