We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time HR Admin to support HR and administrative tasks across our retail and hospitality portfolio companies. This role is ideal for someone organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple admin workflows with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR administrative support across multiple retail and hospitality businesses
Assist with onboarding, documentation, right-to-work checks, and employee file management
Prepare simple HR reports, trackers, and updates
Support recruitment admin (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, collecting documents)
Maintain HR databases and ensure records are up to date
Assist with general admin tasks and support senior HR team members when needed
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and admin skills
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
HR/admin experience preferred but not required
Comfortable working part-time and managing tasks independently
