:
1. Manage daily HR operation, including recruitment, new employee training etc.
2. Develop and implement administrative objectives, plans, policies, and systems for the subsidiary; oversee execution and compliance.
3. Manage daily administrative operations and cost control (fixed assets, utilities, courier services, supplies, etc.).
4. Handle applications and maintenance of company qualifications (AIC registration changes, trademark/IP registrations, software certifications, etc.).
5. Independently manage subsidiary setup: leasing, fire safety approvals, liaising with contractors/property management, utility safety, office furniture procurement, and facility maintenance.
6. Supervise fixed assets, archives, and documentation; conduct regular audits with Finance to ensure accuracy.
7. Organize meetings, corporate events, and high-profile visitor receptions; resolve critical administrative issues.
8. Monitor procurement quality, track feedback, and elevate sourcing standards.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by senior leadership.
Qualification:
1. More than 5 years experience (HR/Administration/Budgeting/Operations), Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
2. Proven expertise in recruitment and AIC procedures, software certifications, and procurement workflows; full-cycle office renovation experience (large companies preferred).
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills, meticulousness, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
4. Strong business writing, communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities; highly driven and energetic.
5. Fluency in Chinese and English.
