Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources/Office Manager to oversee our HR functions and various office procedures from our Poole headquarters. This pivotal role will support our team by managing HR systems, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Manage HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to ensure data accuracy.
Oversee recruitment processes and coordinate onboarding activities.
Promote effective communication across departments to enhance workplace culture.
Maintain employee records through accurate data entry and administrative practices.
Collaborate with management to develop training programs and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations.
Support employee relations initiatives to foster a positive working environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources management within a construction or related industry.
Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms including Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR systems such as ATS platforms like Salesforce.
Demonstrated administrative competence with data entry and record keeping.
Familiarity with social media management is advantageous but not essential.
Relevant certifications or degrees in Human Resources or related fields are preferred.
