Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring efficient processes and effective communication across the organisation. This position requires a strong understanding of administration and a willingness to learn human resources practices, must have and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications required



Grade C or 5 upwards in GCSE Maths & English (essential) Digitally literate and confident in using Microsoft Office Suite (incl. Word, PowerPoint and Excel) (essential) CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualification (desired)

Responsibilities



Preparing of contracts, letters and documents to be reviewed and sent out Populating and issuing HR documentation such as offer letters, new starter information and contracts via DocuSign Ensuring completed documents are saved under client folders Monitoring and actioning emails from client email inboxes Adding participants onto learner management system Note taking during meetings and the appropriate processing of notes afterwards; and transcribing audio recordings Review and updating of policies and procedures to establish and maintain compliance Updating client CRM software (Monday.com) to provide an accurate communication trail between clients and company Fielding calls from clients and accurately passing messages on Attend weekly strategy meetings Proactive account management - calling clients to arrange annual reviews or quarterly check-ins Initial contact with pipeline list to arrange meetings Build prospective client database with contact details of decision makers Management of diaries to arrange client meetings/training within the HR team Assist with marketing to include writing blogs, newsletters, promoting and assisting with events Be a brand ambassador for the company

Requirements



Highly experienced in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment Digitally literate and confident in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) including keyboard shortcuts and formatting Ability to use initiative, be forward thinking and manage own workload when given autonomy Ability to access and pass information to other staff and log accurately the information onto working documents and systems Flexible approach to working and ability to deal with changing demands in a shifting environment Ability to work to tight deadlines Attention to detail Ability to take ownership of a task and see it through to the point of conclusion, identifying and addressing issues in an effective and time-efficient manner Ability to work without close supervision yet able to judge when advice and support is required; thorough and determined Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Promote a climate of honesty, integrity, approachability and teamwork Strong written, oral communication and people skills

Pay: 25,500.00-26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
