We are looking for a reliable administrative Assistant to join the busy Hr department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Organising staff training.
Right to work compliance
Onboarding
Support the Hr manager with clerical duties such as typing documents, preparing reports, and scheduling appointments.
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills will be highly regarded.
