We have an exciting opportunity available with Human Resources for a HR Transactions Administration Assistant to provide high-quality HR administrative support for all University staff and casual workers.
The role is available on a full-time (36 hours a week), permanent basis.
This role is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in embarking on a career in HR and there are often opportunities to progress for those who want to develop within HR.
You will provide high-quality, timely, and customer-focused administrative support, this role is essential for the team to deliver an efficient and effective service to the University.
You will make effective and accurate use of the HR/Payroll system (Resourcelink), the visitor database (IDM) and the University's ticket system (ServiceNow), to input and revise data and produce contractual and other documentation within defined quality standards and service level agreements. Tasks will include; set up of casual workers to the University, set up of visitors to the University, producing employment references and more.
