We are looking for a motivated HR Administrator to join our busy HR team and play a key role in supporting our people across the employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1+ year(s) of HR administration experience and ideally a CIPD level 3 qualification (or working towards) who want to develop their career in HR. The role is working to stringent deadlines whilst managing a high volume, sometimes challenging and varied workload. Ensuring service users are provided with key information and support on all HR and recruitment processes.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills required:



GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths A levels, BTEC or equivalent ideally in a Business related subject CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) Willing to work towards CIPD Level 5 in the future

Skills



Previous HR administrative experience (ideally 1+ year) A strong communicator with a professional, approachable manner. Excellent written communication skills Strong organisational skills, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism. Team-oriented mind-set with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:



Supporting the on boarding and off boarding process for all employees Assisting with recruitment activity, including advertising roles and liaising with agencies and managers, booking interviews and giving feedback. Being the first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries. Providing accurate note-taking for employee relations meetings. Maintaining HR records and supporting with projects and initiatives.
