We are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (24 hours per week), based at our London NW10 office.
Working closely with and under the guidance of the Business Manager & Director, you will play a key role in supporting our teams and ensuring smooth HR processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
Support recruitment and selection processes, from advertising roles through to issuing contracts and assisting with leavers/firing procedures.
Coordinate and track training and development activities.
Assist in the planning and administration of appraisals and performance reviews.
Provide first-line support for HR-related queries and complaints, escalating where necessary.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment law.

Administering our in house benefits program.
Support wider HR and business administration as required.
About You:
Previous experience in an HR administration or HR support role.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident handling sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive communicator who can balance empathy with professionalism.
Able to work independently, while also being a strong team player.
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice (CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential).
Job Type: Part time, Permanent
Hours: 9:00 - 18:00, either 3 days per week between Monday-Friday or 24 hours spread across week (Flexible/TBC to be agreed with candidate)
