About Us



We're a busy HR Consultancy working with a wide range of clients across different sectors. That means our work is fast-moving, varied, and often complex. You won't be managing a single company's internal HR processes - instead, you'll support a range of organisations with everything from onboarding and compliance to investigations and project delivery.

Purpose



As our HR Administrator, you'll play a vital role within the team by actively supporting both Consultants, Employment Solicitors and Clients providing essential HR administrative support. This opportunity will give you the exposure to learn from an experienced team of HR professionals and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of Clients.

Responsibilities



As our HR Administrator you'll:

Be a key point of contact within the business for initial client queries

Support consultants/solicitors with general HR processes and administration

Support consultants with client recruitment process

Provide documentation to clients as directed by the consultants

Manage our clients HRIS

Support on HR projects

Ad hoc business support

What we're looking for:



You don't need to be the finished article - we're more interested in your attitude and potential. You'll be:

Highly organised, proactive and keen to get stuck in

A strong communicator

Detail orientated, with a focus on accuracy, particularly in regard to documentation

Comfortable juggling tasks and working to deadlines

Genuinely interested in a career in HR

Ready to learn, grow and develop your HR knowledge

An expert in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to contribute to the improvement of tech in our business

Some previous working in HR would be an advantage
