Founded in 2009, we have enjoyed consistent levels of profitable growth since inception, primarily through our flagship brand Worktop Express, the UK's #1 online worktop retailer selling over 220,000 worktops per year to our B2C consumer base.
The business recently joined the EUR1bn+ global materials division of Broadview Holding (alongside Formica, Westag, Trespa, Arpa and Homapal), and are now looking to invest towards the future. We have significant plans to accelerate our growth over the coming years domestically and internationally, in existing and new product categories, both within Direct Online Services and also in collaboration with our Group colleagues.

Job Purpose
As HR Administrator, you will play a key part in the day to day running of the HR department and wider business. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support the Senior HR Advisor in providing excellent and legally compliant service to the business. This will include assisting with providing a top candidate experience, supporting with engagement activity, and ensuring consistency, integrity and legal compliance through the employee lifecycle, providing assistance throughout the business.
Key responsibilities
Co-ordinate our recruitment process, to include supporting with candidate selection, supporting with the interview process and shaping feedback
Sending and ensuring employment contracts and signed and accurately store on our internal system
Provide strong administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle including processing starters and leavers, preparing starter packs, exit interviews etc
Support the Senior HR Advisor with absence reporting- including sickness, holiday and other leave types
Collating employee data from all departments, abiding by GDPR guidelines
Support with the effective onboarding of our people, delivering inductions and site tours when required
Support the Senior HR Advisor with the rollout of any new processes, system and policy changes including briefing our managers and employees
Be an ambassador for HR within the business

Good computer skills (excel, powerpoint, word)
Desirable but not essential
Experience in an administrative or similar role would be an advantage
HR experience is not required
