To provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating communication, and assisting with compliance and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
o Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Coordinate employee records management, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
Facilitate communication between departments through social media management and internal messaging platforms.
Prepare reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making processes.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, organising training sessions, and maintaining personnel files.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital)
Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries professionally.
Saving, printing and laminating training certificates.
Support HR processes such as onboarding, training documentation, and absence tracking.
Assist with data entry tasks as required, mainly employee data.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills & Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
