About Us



Minoa Education is a small family of nurseries, brought together by a common purpose to provide exceptional early years education to every child. The Minoa family currently consists of 8 nurseries in London, Wiltshire and the West Midlands.

We're thrilled to say that our team is growing, and we're now on the lookout for a HR Administrator to join our central office team based in Kensington.

Main Duties



Safer Recruitment & Employee Records:

Manage the migration of staff documentation for c.170 employees onto our new HR platform Maintain and update employee records (e.g. contracts, training logs, performance management documentation) Review existing records to identify any missing information Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new staff Develop and implement systems to ensure ongoing compliance with safer recruitment standard
HR:

Draft formal HR correspondence (e.g. contracts, letters, disciplinary or performance-related communication) Prepare staffing KPI reports
Payroll:

Review and process monthly payroll adjustments Support the administration of pensions and other employee benefits
Other:

Provide general administrative support to meet the evolving needs of the business

Requirements



Experience in HR and/or administrative roles (preferred) Understanding of safer recruitment requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Close attention to detail Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines Reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to work Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Enhanced DBS check & 2 references required prior to employment

Additional Information



Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Location: Office-based (minimum 4 days per week) Holiday Allowance: 25 days, plus bank holidays
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00 per year
