Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department. This position requires strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Duties



Manage and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for accurate employee data entry and reporting. Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday. Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed appropriately. Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Assist in the administration of performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Utilise Salesforce for tracking HR metrics and generating reports as needed. Manage social media platforms to promote company culture and job openings. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining filing systems.

Experience



Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is essential. Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in employee records. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with staff at all levels. Experience with ATS such as Taleo is highly desirable. Proficiency in social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
