Your Role at a Glance





We are looking for an impeccably organised People Culture Administrator to join our People Culture team, supporting the heart of our luxury hotel collection. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across every department. No two days are the same, and your work will help ensure that our people, our processes, and our guest experiences remain exceptional.



Reporting to the Head of People Culture, you will act as an organised administrator, ensuring our people practices reflect the high standards, professionalism, and service ethos of our brand. This role may require occasional travel to other hotels within our collection.


Key Responsibilities




Managing employee records, contracts, and onboarding documentation with precision and care, whilst keeping HR systems up to date Coordinating recruitment activity, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Preparing HR correspondence and maintaining accurate records Assisting with training planning, training records, and internal communications Assisting with day-to-day admin related HR queries Supporting with internal auditing and projects Ensure timely completion of all HR administrative tasks, documentation, and compliance reporting Reporting and collating data and sharing with the Head of People Culture Supporting with Wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement Providing general administrative support to the Head of Operations and Head of Commercial as required.

About You




Essential Experience Skills




Strong HR administration experience, ideally within a hospitality or luxury service environment. Efficient and people focused. Able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic and guest-focused environment. Highly organised, detail-obsessed, and naturally discreet. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HR systems. A confident communicator with a proactive mindset. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments yet brings calm and clarity to everything they do.
