Atanak Forwarding is a leading logistics and freight forwarding company with over 22 years of experience. As part of a dynamic group that includes Action Roadways, we deliver tailored solutions to clients worldwide. We are seeking a part-time HR Administrator to support our growing team.
Role Summary
You will provide day-to-day HR administration and employee relations support, ensuring smooth HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, records, and training--scaled appropriately for a part-time schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment support: post roles, screen CVs, schedule interviews, prepare offers.
Onboarding: prepare documentation, run inductions, coordinate probation reviews.
HR records: maintain accurate, confidential employee files and HRIS entries.
Employee relations: log and triage employee complaints, support dispute resolution, prepare documentation for investigations/disciplinaries, escalate as needed.
Training: coordinate mandatory and role-specific training, maintain training matrix.
Leave and benefits: track absences/holidays, support benefits administration.
HR inbox: monitor and respond during working days; triage and escalate items outside working days per agreed protocol.
Policy and compliance: assist with policy updates and compliance reporting.
General admin: prepare letters and reports; support HR projects and audits.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Administrator or similar role.
Solid understanding of HR processes and confidentiality requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience handling ER matters.
Excellent organisation and time management; comfortable prioritising in a part-time setup.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience preferred.
Logistics/freight experience is a plus.
