About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and professional
Part-Time HR Administrator
to support our growing team. This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, accurate record-keeping, and consistent support to employees and managers.
A core part of this role will include supporting
Employee Relations
processes--helping to manage low-level concerns, ensuring policies are followed, and maintaining confidential and accurate documentation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-focused, enjoys working in a people-centred role, and is looking to develop their HR and Employee Relations experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line HR and employee relations support to employees and managers
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HR system data
Track sickness, holidays, lateness, and attendance triggers
Support low-level employee relations matters such as informal discussions, note-taking, and policy guidance
Assist with drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and scheduling interviews
Ensure all HR documentation and processes align with GDPR and company policies
Assist with probation reviews, training tracking, and appraisal processes
Provide general administrative support to the HR and management team
Experience
Proven experience in an human resources role.
Experience with data entry, record management, and utilisation of ATS tools like Salesforce or other applicant tracking systems.
Strong communication skills--both written and verbal--are essential for effective collaboration across teams.
Knowledge of social media management platforms is a plus for supporting employer branding efforts.
Prior experience working with HR software such will be advantageous.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
