To assist the Head of HR and aid the Recruitment Lead in the delivery of the HR function to the wider business. A highly visible, business-focused role, delivering administrative Human Resources with a focus on Employee Relations and Recruitment to the delivery of the overall HR Strategic objectives the underpin the overall organisational goals. Main Duties To include, but not be restricted to, the following HR Administration, including the preparation of contracts and offer documentation, references, joining instructions, liaison with payroll DBS checks, 6 week review and end of probation monitoring. Inputting of all starters and leavers on the HR (CoreHR) system and making adjustments as necessary.
