HR MANAGER/ HR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANTS
The day-to-day role to perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organisations Human Resource department and as directed by the HR Manager and Company Directors.
DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager.
Compile and update employee personnel records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, disciplinaries etc}.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc).
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
Produce the Company Organisational Staff Tree and keep updated daily.
Handle complaints and grievance processes as set out in the Company Handbook.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial orientation and inductions of newly hired employees.
Produced documented minutes for all necessary meetings conducted.
Providing support through tasks such as data entry, printing.
Ensuring the company's processes comply with employment law.
Always maintain integrity and confidentiality.
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department.
Maintain confidentiality of human resource personnel files and records.
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies}.
Assist HR Manager with relevant tasks as and when required.
Correctly produce new starter, transfers and change letters with care and attention.

Pay: 28,000.00 per year
