Summary



We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support our HR functions and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional footwear experiences through effective people management.

Responsibilities



Onboarding and Offboarding



Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and new starter documentation.

Absence Management



Maintain accurate absence and sickness records on the HR system Breathe. Track return-to-work meetings and ensure managers complete required documentation. Support with monitoring absence trends and escalating concerns to HR Manager or Managers where appropriate. Provide monthly absence reports.

HR Administration and Documentation



Draft and issue letters and documentation for contractual changes, such as pay increases, promotions, or change of hours/location. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately and securely. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Recruitment and Hiring Support



Support managers through the hiring process. Prepare offer paperwork and ensure pre-employment checks are completed. Liaise with payroll to ensure a smooth start for new employees.

General Support



Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, escalating where necessary. Assist with HR reporting, audits, and general administration. Provide proactive administrative support to the wider HR team as needed. Conduct right-to-work checks and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements. Set up new employees on HR systems and coordinate induction schedules. Manage the offboarding process, including issuing leaver letters, processing final pay details, and arranging exit interviews. Ensure all company property is returned and access is removed in a timely manner.

Qualifications



Proven experience in human resources or related field. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in data entry and managing sensitive information. Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.

Pay: 24,810.00 per year
