Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records
Process new hire documentation and onboarding
Support in general HR administration
Complete DBS refresher checks
Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Assist with general HR tasks
Requirements:
Previous HR experience, ideally within an administrative role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of HR software (Desirable but not essential)
This is a temporary position
paying between 12.69 per hour and 14.66 per hour.
Please note this role will be based in Guildford, a walkable distance from the train and bus stations, however there is no parking onsite.
If offered the role, candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
