Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function, ensuring that the human resources operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in various HR systems. The ideal candidate will also be based on reception and will help to maintain the facilities across the business
Duties
Manage and maintain the Human Resource Information System to ensure accurate employee records and data entry.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
Manage training bookings, courses/refresher courses and all administration linked to training
Produce letters, documents and contracts as and when required
Support employee engagement initiatives
Collaborate with team members to provide administrative support across various HR functions, including performance management and training programmes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information while adhering to data protection regulations.
Log holidays for the company and ensure compliance with employment law
Complete reception duties and manage meeting room bookings
Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles, with a strong understanding of HR practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Strong attention to detail with exceptional data entry skills.
The ability to complete and enjoy a variety of tasks around HR and in a reception
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
