Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth operations within the department. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of human resources processes. In addition, the ideal candidate will also be the 'face' of the company and be based on reception.
Duties
Manage employee records and maintain accurate data entry within HRIS platforms
Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and completing all relevant administrative tasks
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation sessions.
Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining HR documentation.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and training programmes to enhance workplace culture.
Complete letters, documents and contracts when required
Communicate with visitors and manage meeting room bookings
Requirements
Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles is essential.
Familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Experience in reception duties and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
