Job Description

We are seeking a HR Administrator to join a fast-paced environment within the industrial and manufacturing sector on a hybrid working schedule in a great location with easy public transport links. This temporary role based in Walsall requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail to support the Human Resources department effectively.

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
  • Handle employee queries and provide necessary information in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the on-boarding process for new employees, including document verification.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Prepare reports and assist with HR projects as required.
This role offers hybrid working, 2 days in office, 3 from home.This is a temp to perm opportunity.
A successful HR Administrator should have:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within Human Resources.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team members.
