Are you an organised, people-focused individual looking to start your career in HR? We're looking for a
motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator
to join our busy and supportive HR team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for helping others.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing recruitment processes: posting job adverts, preparing interview packs, and coordinating candidate communications
Supporting onboarding: issuing offer letters, completing pre-employment checks, and setting up new starters in our HR system (iTrent)
Handling confidential data with accuracy and discretion
Responding to HR queries via phone, email, and in person
Maintaining trackers and reports to monitor progress and compliance
Collaborating with colleagues across HR and Payroll to ensure smooth service delivery
What We're Looking For
Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with HR systems (e.g. iTrent) is helpful but not essential
A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
Working Arrangements
This role is based
full-time on-site at our Watford campus
, with occasional travel to other campuses as needed.
You'll have the full support of a dynamic team and opportunities to bring your ideas to the role. Training and development are at the heart of everything we do so you'll be actively encouraged to upskill.
