We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our People team, providing efficient, accurate, and organised support across the full employee lifecycle. With a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service, this role acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and professionally. Our HR Administrator will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and contributing to the delivery of a positive employee experience across the business.
What we're looking for:
Educated to GCSE - grade 4 in Maths and English (or equivalent)
Holds CIPD Level 3 or working towards
High level of IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools
Excellent administrative and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional correspondence
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Approachable, supportive, and able to build positive relationships
Proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to learn and develop
Basic understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
Able to demonstrate alignment with our core values - ingenuity & originality, honesty & integrity, recognise the importance of
contributing to our society, and be a team player
