What You'll Do:
Handle recruitment admin and interview scheduling
Welcome new starters with smooth on-boarding
Track holidays, absences and sickness records
Process DBS checks and Right to Work documentation
Draft HR Letters (contracts, variations, confirmations)
Carry out investigations
Keep our HR systems and records in tip-top shape
What You'll Need:
HR admin or office experience (would be a bonus if you have used Employment Hero)
Great attention to detail
Friendly, professional approach
Confidentiality and strong communication skills
