We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our central HR team supporting schools across the Trust. Working closely with Headteachers and senior leaders, you'll provide first-line HR advice and ensure consistent, compliant HR practice in areas such as recruitment, absence management, employee relations, and policy application.
This post can be appointed at Grade 8 for experienced HR Advisers who meet all the essential requirements of the post, or offered as a career-grade opportunity (starting from Grade 6) for someone with strong HR administration experience who is ready to grow into a fully qualified advisory role through structured development and CIPD study.
