This temporary HR Advisor position in the North West offers an exciting opportunity to support key human resources functions within the healthcare industry. The role focuses on providing professional HR advice and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

• Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
• Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Deliver HR-related training sessions to staff as required.
• Support payroll and benefits administration processes.

Mainly based at home Mon-Fri 9am-5pmExcellent company
A successful HR Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in a similar HR role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
