The Role



Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Generalist HR Advisor to work from our Head Office based in Westhoughton, Bolton. The role offers the chance to work across the full employee lifecycle, supporting a family-owned company who excel in delivering specialist care and support.

The successful candidate would be responsible for:

Leading the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, ensuring a seamless experience. Providing expert advice and support to management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Developing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices. Supporting management in performance management processes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensuring all staff are appropriately vetted and trained to protect vulnerable individuals.

The Candidate:



The successful candidate should have:

Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally standalone.

Experience within the care sector would be advantageous but not essential.

CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards.

Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.

Wingates Industrial Park, Westhoughton, Bolton (BL5 3XA)

Hours Of Work:



37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. Part time hours will be considered.

Salary

:

30 to 35k dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person
